1,3-Glyceryl dilinoleate is a food ingredient that is composed of glyceryl dilinoleate and 1,3-glyceryl dipalmitate. It is used in the production of functional fats for health purposes. The supercritical fluid extraction method was used to isolate this oil from cottonseed oil. The biological sample was a triglyceride lipase section that contained fatty acids.
