Ganoderic acid DM (GADM) is a natural compound that inhibits the mitochondrial membrane potential and induces apoptosis in human cancer cells. GADM has been shown to have minimal toxicity in animal studies and to inhibit angiogenesis. GADM also has anti-angiogenic effects, which are due to its ability to induce autophagy and inhibit cell proliferation by inhibiting protein synthesis. GADM has been shown to be effective against prostate cancer cells, inducing apoptosis through the mitochondria pathway. This product is an acetate extract of Ganoderma lucidum that is used for skin cancer and breast cancer.
