Homatropine methyl bromide is a drug that belongs to the class of anticholinergic drugs. It is used as a pharmaceutical preparation and is used in the treatment of glaucoma, diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, and as an antidote for organophosphate poisoning. Homatropine methyl bromide can be used to control diastolic pressure.
