Description:4-[1-Hydroxy-2-[(1-methylethyl)amino]ethyl]-1,2-benzenediol sulfate dihydrate (benserazide) is a cholinergic agent that has been shown to increase the release of acetylcholine by acting as an agonist at nicotinic receptors.
