Description:

1H-Imidazole-4-sulfonyl chloride is an inhibitor of c-met. It has been shown to be effective against cancer by inhibiting the growth factor receptor tyrosine kinases, including hepatocyte growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1) and hepatocyte growth factor receptors 2/3 (FGFR2/3). 1H-Imidazole-4-sulfonyl chloride also inhibits fgfr1 and fgfr2/3, which are important in the development of fibroblast growth factors. This drug has been shown to be active against cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
