JD 5037 is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the binding of endocannabinoids to their receptors. This drug has been shown to be effective in animal models of obesity, diabetes, and cancer. The high affinity of this drug for the CB2 receptor may be due to its tautomeric structure.
