The rate of H-Leu-Tyr-OH formation is highest in triticum aestivum (wheat) butyric acid extract. H-Leu-Tyr-OH has been shown to have excitatory effects on plant physiology, which may be due to its ability to bind to the specific antibody against acetylcholine receptors.
