Lupulone is a chemical compound that belongs to the class of antimicrobial agents. It has been shown to inhibit angiogenesis and tumor growth in vivo by binding to the mcl-1 protein and inhibiting its pro-angiogenic properties. Lupulone also has antiangiogenic properties against MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells in vitro, which may be due to its ability to bind to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products of sw620 cells and inhibit their proliferation. Lupulone has also been shown to have an effect on locomotor activity in mice as well as surface methodology for ionotropic gelation. The injection solution can be used for solid phase microextraction and metabolic disorders.
