Description:
2-Morpholin-4-ylacetohydrazide is a synthetic antibacterial agent. It is synthesised by the reaction of N,N'-bis(2-chloroethyl)glycine with morpholine and acetohydrazide. Impurities such as chloride may be present in 2-morpholin-4-ylacetohydrazide, which can be removed by regression analysis. The compound has been detected by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LCMS).
