2-Methoxy-4-aminobenzoic acid is a solute that can be used in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals. This drug also has an acidic pH, which makes it soluble in water. 2-Methoxy-4-aminobenzoic acid is insoluble in organic solvents such as hydrochloric acid or ether, which means it cannot be extracted from aqueous solutions by these solvents.
