Description

N-(Methoxycarbonyl) maleimide is a synthetic compound that has been shown to inhibit prostate cancer cells. It interacts with the functional group of the proteins, where it forms a cavity by linking two molecules together. This cavity is then filled with a chemical reagent to give an N-substituted maleimide, which can be used for conjugation reactions.
