Description:
6a-Methyl prednisolone aceponate is a prodrug of prednisolone that inhibits the activity of certain enzymes in skin cells. This inhibition prevents the release of inflammatory cytokines, which are responsible for the symptoms of inflammatory diseases. 6a-Methyl prednisolone aceponate has been shown to provide long-term efficacy for patients with chronic inflammatory skin disorders such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
