Description:

3-Methylcyclohexylamine is a chemical compound that has not been extensively studied in vivo or in vitro. It has been shown to be a substrate for the enzyme tyrosine kinase, which regulates cell growth and differentiation, and can be used as a ligand for palladium complexes. 3-Methylcyclohexylamine has a hydroxyl group that reacts with amines to form secondary amines. 3-Methylcyclohexylamine also possesses two functional groups (a carbonyl group and an amine), which may allow it to act as a coenzyme in the synthesis of spermine from spermidine.
