Description

Manool is a fatty acid that is extracted from the bark of the manool tree. It has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity against human cancer cell lines and to inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi, and protozoa. Manool is an active component of many traditional remedies in African countries.
