• Description: 1-H-Pyrazole-3-carboxaldehyde (1HP) is a β-unsaturated ketone that has been shown to inhibit the growth of chronic pulmonary fungal infections, such as histoplasmosis, coccidioidomycosis, and blastomycosis. It has also been shown to have anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo. 1HP inhibits cellular proliferation by inducing cell cycle arrest at the G(2)/M checkpoint.
