Description:
3-Phenylthiopropanoic acid (3PTA) is a synthetic chemical that is used in the synthesis of quinoline derivatives. 3PTA has been shown to have inhibitory activity against human cancer cells in vitro, and it may be useful as a chemotherapeutic agent or for use in the production of natural polymers.
