Description:
1-(2-Propynyl)piperazine is a triazene compound that is selectively cleaved by copper(II) catalysed reactions. The cleavage of 1-(2-propynyl)piperazine can be achieved through the use of acidic conditions or an azide group, and the reaction is facilitated by immobilized sepharose resin. The cleavage of 1-(2-propynyl)piperazine can also be achieved under milder conditions with a linker that has been functionalised with a probe molecule.
