Product Information
BDY 630-X is a ligand that binds to the CB2 receptor and inhibits an enzymatic reaction. It has been shown to have a membrane system and is capable of crossing biological membranes, which can be used in bioconjugate chemistry. BDY 630-X is also able to inhibit the uptake of adenosine by cells, which may have physiological effects. This molecule has been shown to bind to the A3 receptor through its hydrophobic region and can be used as a biomimetic for studying the A3 receptor subtypes. The 3D structure of this molecule has been determined using fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) analysis and X-ray crystallography.
