Rosaramicin butyrate is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells. It binds to fatty acids and regulates the expression of genes involved in cell growth, cell cycle progression, and apoptosis. The structural analysis showed that Rosaramicin butyrate is composed of two domains: an N-terminal domain with a beta-sheet structure and a C-terminal domain with an alpha helix structure. This drug also has antiviral activity against influenza virus and HIV-1, as well as pharmaceutical dosage for treating cancer.
