Description:Cyclosporine is a cyclic peptide that is used as an immunosuppressive drug. It binds to the cytosolic protein phosphatase, preventing its activation. Cyclosporine also binds to other proteins in the cell, such as casein kinase II and cyclophilin, leading to changes in cellular function.
