Description:Syringaldazine is a sephadex G-100 that is used as a signal peptide in vitro. It has been shown to have enzyme activities, such as 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid oxidase, which catalyzes the conversion of 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid to p-hydroxybenzoic acid. Syringaldazine also provides redox potential, which is necessary for the enzymatic activity of laccase. Syringaldazine is typically used in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid and ph optimum of 7.5. This product has coordination geometry with octahedral ligands and form bonds with copper ions.
