Description

Sorbitan trioleate is a model system used in pharmaceutical preparations. It is also a particle that consists of three fatty acid chains attached to a hydroxyl group. Sorbitan trioleate has been shown to have many pharmacological effects, including receptor activity and treating allergic reactions.
