Tiplaxtinin is a natural drug that has been shown to have anti-cancer activity in vitro and in vivo. It has been found to inhibit the activity of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by binding to the enzyme DNA polymerase, thereby preventing the formation of new strands of DNA. Tiplaxtinin also inhibits the production of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, which may be due to its ability to bind toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). The anti-cancer effects are also mediated by its ability to induce pai-1, a protein that regulates apoptosis and cellular differentiation. Tiplaxtinin is a biocompatible polymer because it is an ester linkages with glucose injection, which can be used for oral administration.
