Product Information
- Trelagliptin succinat
Trelagliptin succinate is a chemical compound that is used as a chemoattractant protein. It is produced by reaction of the amino acid succinate with trelagliptin, an orally active dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. Trelagliptin succinate has been shown to have DPP-4 inhibitory activity in vitro and in vivo. The metabolic effects of this compound are unclear but it may be involved in regulating glucose levels and insulin sensitivity. Trelagliptin succinate has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
