Triclabendazole-sulfone has been shown to be effective against cancer cells resistant to chemotherapy and it can be detected in urine samples collected from humans up to 24 hours after dosing. This drug was found to be absorbed well via oral administration and had a low volume of distribution (Vd) and rapid elimination half-life (t1/2).
