Description:
4-(Trifluoromethyl)cyclohexanone is a reagent that is used in the synthesis of cyclohexanones, which are used to produce diazo compounds. This compound has been shown experimentally to have a diastereoselection of about 75% for the formation of one stereoisomer over another.
