2-(2,4,5-Trifluorophenyl)ethanol is a chemical compound that is used as a reducing agent in many organic chemistry reactions. It reacts with aldehydes and ketones to form alcohols. 2-(2,4,5-Trifluorophenyl)ethanol also catalyzes the reduction of carboxylic acids to their corresponding alcohols and esters.
