Description

Urokinase is a monoclonal antibody that binds to benzimidazole compounds in cancer tissues. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of solid tumours by inhibiting the production of urokinase, epidermal growth factor, and tissue culture. Urokinase has also been shown to have anthelmintic activity against parasites, such as tapeworms, which secrete a proteolytic enzyme called urokinase. This drug is able to prevent the degradation of proteins in the body by acting on the lysosomes in cells and inhibiting their function. To date, there are no studies on the effect of Urokinase on primary breast cancers.
