Description:

Fensulfothion PO-sulfone is a pesticide that is used to control pests in agriculture and forestry. It is an analytical method for the determination of fensulfothion in liquid samples. The residue content in the sample is determined by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) after extraction with acetonitrile, followed by analysis by photometry at a wavelength of 290 nm. The limit of detection and limit of quantification are 0.1 ppm and 1 ppm, respectively. Fensulfothion PO-sulfone meets the requirements of the pharmacopeia for analytical methods and is validated according to good laboratory practice guidelines.
