Product Information

Name:
Macrozamin
Description:

Macrozamin is a phosphoric acid solution that is an analog of Atractylodes macrocephala. It has been shown to have the same effects as the natural extract from this plant, including promoting growth and development and increasing the weight of animals. Macrozamin also has antiepileptic properties and may be used to treat hyperactivity in children. The drug has been shown to be effective in reducing histone lysine methylation and fatty acid levels in animal studies. In addition, it increases the activity of enzymes such as β-glucosidase and α-galactosidase, which are important for digestion. Macrozamin is also used as a traditional Chinese medicine extract for treating atractylodes, cycasin, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and dry weight.
