It also inhibits the growth of cancer cells by blocking cell cycle progression at G2/M phase and inducing apoptosis. Ulixertinib inhibits MET-mediated phosphorylation of downstream signaling molecules that regulate cell survival, proliferation, motility, angiogenesis, and metastasis.
