It has been shown to suppress tumor growth in breast cancer cells and prostate cancer cells. AL082D06 is also capable of reducing synaptic loss in mice with experimental colitis. This molecule has shown anti-inflammatory properties through inhibition of IL-1β and IL-6 production, which may be due to its ability to inhibit NF-κB signaling pathways.
