It has been shown to be effective in reducing the growth of primary tumor cells and also reduces inflammation in diseases such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and bowel diseases. Nexinhib 20 is not absorbed well when ingested orally due to its low bioavailability. It is also an acidic protein with a pI of 4.8.
