Ro 32-0432 hydrochloride is a small molecule that binds to β-catenin, a transcription factor required for the formation of protrusions, and inactivates it. This drug is currently being studied as an inhibitor of cancer metastasis. Ro 32-0432 hydrochloride has been shown to inhibit cell adhesion and migration in organoids derived from human lung cancer cells. It also blocks the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in breast cancer cells by targeting β-catenin. The mechanism of action of Ro 32-0432 hydrochloride is not yet fully understood.
