Description

Mefruside is a drug that belongs to the class of anti-inflammatory drugs and is used to treat bowel disease, cardiac diseases, and blood vessel diseases. Mefruside has been shown to be effective in treating infectious diseases and lowering diastolic pressure. Mefruside lowers systolic pressure by acid formation and prevents autoimmune diseases. It also has long-term efficacy for blood sampling and glomerular filtration rate, as well as inflammatory bowel disease. Mefruside may cause liver cell damage and high sodium levels in the body.
