Ethyl 3-hydroxy-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate is a hypoglycemic agent that binds to the ATP receptor in the body. It has been shown to reduce blood sugar levels in diabetic mice and has also been used to treat cancer. Ethyl 3-hydroxy-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate is an amide with a hydrogen bond, which may be responsible for its ability to bind to the ATP receptor. This drug is not effective against bladder, hepatitis, or nervous system diseases. Ethyl 3-hydoxy-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate is effective against neurodermatitis and inflammatory diseases, but only at high doses.
