Product Information
PAT-1251 is a lysine-based anti-cancer drug that has been shown to be safe and effective in animals and humans. It inhibits the transcriptional regulation of genes by binding to specific lysine residues in collagen and nitroprusside. PAT-1251 binds to the lysine residues on collagen, which are required for the formation of collagen fibers, thereby preventing the formation of collagen fibers. This drug also inhibits nitroprusside, which is an enzyme important for regulating blood pressure. PAT-1251 has potent inhibition effects against cancer cells in vivo and therefore has potential as an anticancer agent.
