TRPV3 74a is a TRPV3 inhibitor that can be used for cell biology, pharmacology, and ion channel research. It is a ligand with high purity and excellent solubility. TRPV3 74a has been shown to activate the TRPV3 receptor in vitro. This peptide also has ability to inhibit calcium currents in rat nodose ganglion neurons. In addition, it has been shown to inhibit the binding of ATP to the TRPV3 receptor in rat nodose ganglion neurons by competing with ATP for binding sites on the TRPV3 receptor.
