3-Nitroaniline Hydrochloride is a nitro compound that can be used to induce interaction with cells. This compound has been found to bind to the pyridine ring of guanine and inhibit the activity of RNA polymerase II, which is necessary for DNA replication and protein synthesis. 3-Nitroaniline hydrochloride has been shown to have cancer-promoting properties, as well as cytotoxic effects in lung cancer cell lines. 3-Nitroaniline Hydrochloride has also been shown to cause apoptosis in cancer cells by inhibiting amines at high temperatures.
