Description:
5-Chlorobenzene-1,3-diamine is a semipermeable membrane component that is used as a crosslinker in the production of polyurethane. It reacts with glycerol to produce dihydrochloride and polycarboxylic acid. The reaction product is then reacted with diisocyanate to form azomethine. This reaction product is then reacted with alkylene to form the polymer, which can be made into various types of polyurethane. 5-Chlorobenzene-1,3-diamine has a yellow color and is a synthetic compound.
