Description:YS-201 is a potent calcium antagonist that inhibits the influx of calcium ions into cells. YS-201 has been shown to be effective in treating alopecia areata (hair loss) through inhibition of plasma protein synthesis. This drug also possesses potentiating activity, which is responsible for its ability to increase the potency of other drugs.
