Product Information
TAK-981 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the lysine residues on the surface of tumor cells. It has been shown to have immunomodulatory effects and induce an antitumor response in vivo. TAK-981 has been shown to increase ATP levels, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of CDK2 and CDK4, thereby preventing cell growth. The monoclonal antibody also inhibits transcriptional regulation by binding to DNA at specific locations and inhibiting RNA polymerase II, which prevents transcription of DNA into RNA. This drug also has pharmacokinetic properties that are effective in mice and humans with cancer.
