Description:TDN 345 is a catecholaminergic, blocker. It blocks the signal transduction pathway by inhibiting the neurotransmitter receptor and blocking the binding of neurotransmitters to their receptors. TDN 345 is administered orally, at doses ranging from 3 mg to 10 mg per day, to control levels of catecholamines in patients with carotid artery disease and cerebral vascular disease. TDN 345 has been shown to reduce the growth factor-mediated, cerebrovascular diseases. TDN 345 may also be useful in treating glioma and etidocaine-induced pain.
