(R)-7-Chloro-N-((4,6-dimethyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridin-3-yl)methyl)-2-(4-(dimethylamino)cyclohexyl)-2,4-dimethylbenzo[D][1,3]dioxole-5-carboxamide is a histone lysine methyltransferase inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis in cancer cells. It binds to the active site of the enzyme and prevents the transfer of methyl groups from S-adenosylmethionine to histone H3. This drug also inhibits protein kinases CDK4/6 and can be used as an anticancer drug.
