It has been shown to be effective against caenorhabditis, resistant mutants and acetylcholine receptor. ADAA is administered to animals and humans orally or intravenously. The pharmacokinetics of ADAA have been studied in rats, mice, pigs and humans. ADAA has a long half-life in rats and mice but not in humans.
