Product Information
Cudraxanthone L is a h2 receptor antagonist that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro. It has also been shown to inhibit the replication of human cancer cells infected with viruses and is effective against influenza virus. Cudraxanthone L has also been shown to have antibacterial activity and to be hepatoprotective, which may be due to its ability to inhibit tyrosinase, an enzyme involved in melanin synthesis. Cudraxanthone L is found in food composition as an esophageal antiseptic.
