Dimyristoyl-rac-glycero-3-methoxypolyethylene glycol-2000 has shown efficacy in clinical trials for the treatment of allergic reactions and cancer. This polymer has also been shown to have biocompatible properties and can be used as a nanomaterial in biomedical applications. Dimyristoyl-rac-glycero-3-methoxypolyethylene glycol 2000 has been shown to enhance messenger RNA (mRNA) levels in target tissue.
