Asimadoline-d5 Hydrochloride is a guanylate analogue that has been shown to be a predictive marker for the presence of stenosis in esophageal cancer patients. It has been shown to modulate the inflammatory response and decrease the symptoms of stenosis by inhibiting the production of proinflammatory cytokines. Asimadoline-d5 Hydrochloride is not absorbed orally and can be administered intravenously or intraperitoneally. The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Asimadoline-d5 Hydrochloride is an analytical chemistry reagent used for high concentrations of hydrophilic compounds. It is classified as an organic acid with a molecular weight of 293.24 g/mol.
