Product Information
c-Fms-IN-3 is a synthetic, bioactive peptide that has been shown to activate the c-Fms protein through the addition of nitro and fluorine groups. The safety profile of c-Fms-IN-3 is similar to that of other chemically modified forms of erythropoietin such as Mircera. This drug may also be used for the treatment of cancer, nearsightedness, metabolic disorders, cellular growth, or antimuscarinic effects. c-Fms-IN-3 has been shown to have a paracrine effect on cells and activates colony stimulating factor 1 (CSF1), which is involved in the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells. It also has an antiinflammatory effect that may be due to its ability to inhibit monoacylglycerol lipase activity.
