Product Information
Rezivertinib is a peptide that belongs to the class of activators. It is a potent inhibitor of Kv1.3, which is a voltage-gated potassium channel. Rezivertinib has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cells and to induce cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase, which may be due to its inhibition of Kv1.3 channels. Rezivertinib also binds to antibody CD20 and blocks its interactions with Ligand CD20. This inhibition leads to reduced binding of CD20 with receptors on B cells and decreased immune responses in mice, including antibody production and T-cell proliferation.
